She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Waggoner and Marian Grace Waggoner; and her siblings, LaJeune Waggoner, Danny Waggoner, Faye Cooper and Jamie Stovall.
She is survived by: her husband Ray; her daughters, Laura C. Riley (John) of Winter Park, FL and Susan Teresa C. Baynard (Teri) of Winter Park, FL; her grandchildren, Shannon Watson (Will) of Greenville, SC and Brooke Jackson (Troy) of Maitland, FL; her great grandchildren, John Henry Watson and Virginia May Jackson; her brother Phillip Waggoner (Lois) of Fayetteville, TN; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Waggoner of Shelbyville, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse or Orlando Union Rescue Mission for their Thanksgiving meal as it was her favorite holiday.
