She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Koch and Audra Llewellyn Koch. She is survived by: her husband Robert T. Mellen, Jr.; her children, Lori Denise Mellen (Richard Smith) and Scott Robert Mellen (Tonya Sibert); and her grandchildren, Arden Haley Smith, Adam Charles Smith (Carley Jean Smith), Laine Kendall Smith, Jessica Louise Mellen, Miranda Jo Mellen and Alician Jean Mellen.
