He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Culver and Frances Culver (Crick); his wife Jean Culver; his sister Shirley Rodgers; his sons, Michael, Wayne, David, Dennis, Ricky and Steven; and his grandchildren, Meagan, Jenna, Scott, Jennifer, Jacob, Jessica, Evan and Olivia.
