He was predeceased by: his father Robert Kenneth Hart, Sr.; and his stepmother Marguerite Moeller Hart. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Kathy Hart McLain (Jeffrey) of Orlando, FL, Susan Hart Finch (Lowell) of Melbourne, FL, Robert Kenneth (Bob) and Nancy Hart Stroud (Stephen) of St. Augustine, FL; and his grandchildren, Ryan Finch, Jason Finch, Tristan Hart and Maitlin Hart. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
