He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his son Paul; his sister BJ Cavanna Van Hest (Glenn Van Hest); his nephew Jason Thatcher; his son Daniel; and also, Alice Hunt, George Clarke, Kate Fippinger, Watkins Hunt, Cabot Enroughty, Laney Ettel and Ben Clarke.
