He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Agapito Santiago and Patricia Lopez; his wife Gloria Nilda Santiago; and his children, Luis Santiago, Edwin Santiago (Yolanda), Larry Santiago (Mark Hoppert), Roberto Santiago (Elizabeth), Carmen Diaz (Luis), Mary Santiago (Kevin Goddard), Bibiana Santiago and Anita Vassos (Peter). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
