She was predeceased by: her father Robert L. Dale; her brothers, Terrell K. Dale and Gary L. Dale; and her granddaughter Sienna James Cardoso. She is survived by: her husband Richard Cecil Migliaccio; her children, Amy B. Pavlick, Rebecca M. Cardoso and Andrew J. Migliaccio; her grandchildren, Selma Fern Pavlick, Griffin E. Pavlick and Eliza R. Cardoso; and her brother Charles R. Dale.
