She is survived by: her husband Richard Mistarz; her children, Elizabeth Joan Mistarz of Oviedo, FL and James Evans Mistarz; her daughter-in-law Traci Rubin Mistarz of Maitland, FL; her granddaughter Madison Elizabeth Mistarz of St Petersburg, FL; and her sister Joan O'Connell of Winnetka, IL. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews and many grand nieces and nephews.
