She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Mogren and Margaret Mogren (Lynch). She is survived by: her husband Richard Caserta; her children, John Caserta (Susan), Christopher Caserta (Camille), Maria Speicher (Andy), Kathleen Eckstein (Michael), Diana Lee Byers and Amy Gingell; her grandchildren, Richard, Catherine, Aidan, Christian and Mary; and her brother William Mogren (Sheila) of North Muskegon.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stephens Catholic Church (575 Tuskawilla Rd, Winter Springs, FL 32708). A reception was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Caserta Residence.
In lieu of flowers, it was Peggy's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org).
