He was predeceased by: his sister Carolyn Palmer Duncan; and his parents, J. E. Palmer and Glennie Harrison Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Watson Palmer; his daughter Anna Palmer Darkes (Brian); and his brother Wayne Palmer (Jean). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
