She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Schavitz and Collette Schavitz. She is survived by: her husband Dr. James "Jim" Strandberg; her children, Dr. Jane Gibson (Ron), Karen Falbo (Anthony) and Kenneth Strandberg (Tina); her grandchildren, Nicholas Falbo (Marianela), Kathleen "Katie" Gibson (Seth Daniels), Vincent Falbo (Megan), Megan Burdick (Neal) and Nathalie Falbo; her great grandchildren, Carson, Alma and Blake; and her siblings, Charlene Crosby, Suzanne Stoeck, Linda DeKreek and Peter Schavitz.
