Joyce M. Arceneaux Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce M. Arceneaux (Winter Park, Florida), born in Franklin, New Hampshire, who passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce M. Arceneaux to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Dow and Hazle Dow Stevenson; her sisters, Rachel Carpenter and Frances Hunt; and her half-brother Arthur Dow.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Mertan; her children, Gail (Stephen Curley), Amy (Richard Homan), Kathryn (Dennis Dougherty), Cheryl (Patrick McCabe) and Joseph; and her children-in-law, Connie Mertan of South Riding, VA, Mary, James Scott of Orlando, FL, Diane and Ken Heath of Savoy, IL. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
