He is survived by: his mother Maria Edith Alonzo; his sister Monica Pugliese Matlack; his nephew Raymond Templeton III; his niece Gabriella Templeton; his stepfather Julio Alonzo; his brother-in-law Neil Matlack; and his stepsiblings, Juan David Pugliese, Nataly Pugliese and Catalina Pugliese. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and many loyal friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Our Legacy (ourlegacyfl.org) in his name.
