He is survived by: his wife Essie; his children, Kelli Frommelt (Joe) and Alex Smith (Brandy Padilla); his grandchildren, Ian Frommelt (Rachael), Logan Frommelt (Morgan), Celina Wade (Jace) and Taylor Frommelt (Annaka); and his siblings, Linda Smith, Harold Dean Smith, Darrell Gene Smith, Leeann Smith and Gary Wayne Smith.
