He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Rhoads; his children, Lynda Galik (David), Mark Rhoads (Michele), Jane Chamberlain (Mark) and John Rhoads; his grandchildren, Lisa Surprenant (Peter), Michael Galik, Kristina Alvarado, Katelyn Alvarado, Joshua Rhoads and Elizabeth Chamberlain; his great grandchildren, Estella, Giovanni and Elisa Martinez; and his brothers, Sid, Jerry and Jon.
