He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie Bouback. He is survived by: his wife Donna Blalock; his children, Linda Crump (Rick), Sherry Hidden (Frank), Colleen Preston (Bill) and Heather Smith (Matthew); and his wife Linda Crump (Rick). He is also survived by six grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Luke's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
