It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Delano Chin (Winter Park, Florida), who passed away on October 6, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Franklin Delano Chin to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda; and his parents, Oswald Chin and Daisy Chin. He is survived by: his brothers, Keith, Roderick, Junor, Teddy and Patrick; his sister-in-law Maureen; his sister Jennifer; his nieces, Natalie and Natasha; his sons-in-law, Dan and Esteban; and his grandchildren, Rachael, Rebecca, Dean and Alana. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.

In lieu of flowers; a memorial donation can be made to the Alzheimer's Association (https://act.alz.org) in honor of Frank.
