He was predeceased by: his parents, Voslovos Zaleckis and Mary Zaleckis; his wife Frances Whittlesey; his foster parents, Lawrence Cotter and Agnes Cotter; and his grandson Sam Zelesky.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Michelle Zelesky), Beverly (Garry Hogue) and Keith (Eva Zelesky); his grandchildren, Laura Williams (David), Stephen Hogue, Zack Zelesky (Amber), Kent Zelesky and Megan Zelesky; his foster brother Larry Cotter; and also, Elizabeth, Elijah and Deborah Williams.
