He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fazio and Petrina Fazio; and his siblings, Catherine Baglione, Phillip Fazio and Frank Fazio.

He is survived by: his nephew Joseph Baglione; his wife Viola; and his children, Rena Williams (Joseph), Charles J. Fazio (Ricki), Vicki Emery (Stephen) and Peter Fazio (Terri). He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
