She was predeceased by: her husband Francis E. Boatwright; her son Larry E. Boatwright; and her parents, Emmett G. Conway and Minnie L. Conway. She is survived by: her daughter Leslie A. Hays; her grandchildren, Heather Marie Hays and Allison Nicole Shirk; her great grandchildren, Karter, Kylie and Brody; and her sister Doris Guinn.
