She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Costello and Anne Costello (Morrow); her husband Peter B. McCaffrey; and her brothers, Michael, Jimmy, John and Benny Costello.
She is survived by: her children, Kate Morrow McCaffrey, Anne Schultz (Joseph), Eilish McCaffrey, Dan McCaffrey and Patrick McCaffrey; and her grandsons, Christopher Schultz and Callum McCaffrey.
