She was predeceased by: her husband William K. Ballance; her parents, Jeremiah Foley and Catherine Foley; and her brother William Foley. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Bowman (Tom) of Fern Park, FL, Michael Sammis and Patrick Sammis of Winter Park, FL; her brother Jay Foley (Agnes) of Bay Shore, NY.; her granddaughters, Stephine Sammis, Victoria Hill (Tyler), Siobhan Bowman, Keeley Bowman and Kendall Sammis; and her great grandchildren, Tayden, Haylee and Hunter.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to St. Peter and Paul Religious Education Program.
