He was predeceased by: his sons, Rick Malcolm and Randy Malcolm; and his stepson Bryan McMinn. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Malcolm; his stepsons, Steve (Angie McMinn) and Mike (Gretchen McMinn); his daughter Cheree Chadwick; his sister Kay (Richard Blumenburg); and his daughter-in-law Mary McMinn. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
