She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Smythe and Elizabeth Smythe; her brother Robert Smytheall; and her husband Eugene Mauk. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Mauk of DeLand, Fla, Steven Mauk of Williamstown, MA and Susan LLewellyn of Chuluota, Fla.; and her grandchildren, Tyler Mauk, Michelle Hugger, Jennifer Llewellyn, Joshua Llewellyn and Rachel Caroline.
