She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her siblings, Brad Allen of Pensacola, FL, Donna Zolkiewski of Calgary, Canada and Leroy; her foster daughter Alicia Gies (Ryan) of Powell, OH; her stepchildren, Kara Griffin (Chris) of Charlotte, NC, Jerry Kinzler, Jr. of Cameron, Beth Parrish of Maitland, FL, James F. Kinzler, Tina Pullara of Clermont, FL and Sara Lazzeri (Nick) of Orlando, FL.; her grandchildren, Madison Parrish, Katie Griffin, Emily Parrish, Ellie Griffin and Eva Lazzeri; her nieces and nephews, Jason, Ryan Allen, Nicholas Zolkiewski, Amy Allen, Mary Zolkiewski and Diana Zolkiewski; her close friend Angelina Jenks; and also, Evan, Timothy, Daniel and Beth.
