She was loved and cherished by many people including: her friend Andrew Minear; her husband Andrew; her daughters, Clara and Emilia "Millie"; her parents, Lynne Gill and Charles Gill; her sister Lyndsey Stubenbort (Alexander); her nephew Noah; and her niece Stella. She was also cherished by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, in-laws, and loving friends.

In remembrance of Ashley's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Christ Episcopal Church of Tuscaloosa and to Habitat for Humanity.
