He is survived by: his children, Steve Spangler (Janice), Scott Spangler (Caroline), Tammy Smith (Gregg), Danny Spangler and Billy Joe Spangler; and his sister Betty Lou Purdue. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
