“My name is Kaylyn and Vince trained me when I first started at Animal Control. Well, one of my trainers. He was always smiling and making others laugh. He was an honest man, easy to talk to and easy to trust. He never betrayed any ones trust. Vince was a wonderful man. When he retired, I was honored to fill his full-time slot but, was saddened as I would have rather had him there. I was honored to know him and I will miss him dearly. Rest easy Vince. Say hello to my daddy for me. We all love you”
