She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Huffman and Eudema Huffman (Overstreet); her son Patrick Hicks; and her brothers, Larry and Dwight Huffman.
She is survived by: her husband Geoffrey; her son Andrew Hicks of Moline; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Hicks of Port Byron; her granddaughter Abigail "Abby" Hicks of Port Byron; and her sister Susan Riggs (Rick) of Moline. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
