She is survived by: her brother Daniel Chrzanowski; her children, John Smith (Debra) and Debra Bulanowski (Paul); and her grandchildren, Melina Fink (Marc), Christina Correa, Reynaldo Correa, Lauren Franza, Stephanie Smith (Tabitha Reau) and Courtney Schneider (Sebastian). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
