With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Allen Frazier of Winter Haven, Florida, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frazier and Mary Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Frazier; his son Patrick; and his siblings, Douglas (Veronique) of Kensington, CA. and Barbara (Ernie) of Tipp City, OH.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

Friends unable to attend final services, wishing to express remembrances are invited make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
