He was predeceased by: his parents, Williard Long and Mary Long; and his siblings, Helen Carroll, Burliss Larry Long and Larry Ray Long.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Long of Winter Haven; his sisters, Norma Cooper of Lake Wales, Mary Jo Coleman of Menlo, GA, Jewell Wise of Lake Wales and Connie Long of Bartow; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Stone (Brian) of Beaufort, SC, Karen Butler (Troy) of Ocala and Rick Peters (Sherry) of Winter Haven. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
