It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Evelyn Stewart of Winter Haven, Florida, born in Whitman, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucy Pierce and Curtis Pierce; her husband Troy Stewart; and her siblings, Jerry, Curtis Jr., Ricky, Jeannie and Sandy.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Schafer (David) and David Smith (Carrie); her grandchildren, Ashley Hochadel, Brandi Nevels, Devin Smith, Jeremy Weaver, Taylor Smith, Jordan Schafer and Brooke Britton; her great grandchildren, Madison, Ana, Landin, Aydin, Christian and Beckham; and her siblings, Rodney, Donnie, Dana, Janie and Debbie.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Haven Worship Center's Chapel (651 Carl Floyd Rd, Winter Haven, FL 33884).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Haven Worship Center in Winter Haven, Florida or the Hospice House in Auburndale, Florida.
