He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev Ocie Owens and Mollie Owens; and his in-laws, Russell and Billie Bayne. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his sister Wilma Owings; his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Lloyd McGrady; his son Scott; and his daughter-in-law Chesna Owens. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
