She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carr and Norma Carr; and her siblings, Walter Carr and Alice Carr Slack. She is survived by: her husband William Chapman Lewis III; her children, William Chapman Lewis IV (Butch), Katherine Lewis Waters and Warren Alec Lewis; and her grandchildren, Kallie, Rebecca, Morgan, Savanna, Clay, Brooke and Billie. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
