She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Craig and Ruby Craig; her husband Bill Carter Sr.; her siblings, Shirley, Kay, Sue and Billy; and her children, Shera, Jim and Tricia Ann.
She is survived by: her brother Paul Craig (Dee); and her children, Bill Carter Jr. (Fran), Bunny Carter, Mike Crowe and Anna Caswell (Larry). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren; and many dear family members and friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Baldwin-Fairchild Winter Garden Funeral Home (428 E Plant St, Winter Garden, FL 34787). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
