He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Maday and Cecelia Maday (Woniwski); and his wife Nancy. He is survived by: his sons, Joe Maday (Shannon) and Jeff Maday (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Elaine Dopp and Gerry Michalik.
