He is survived by: his wife Valerie Chase Padgett; his children, Daniel Chase Padgett (Tiffany), Kristin Nicole Ferrari (Nick), Kaley Noel Addington (Chris), Korie Lynn Padgett and Lyndsey Mae Padgett; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Natalie, Wyatt, Avery, Evelyn and Noah; and his sisters, Deborah Anderson (Richard) and Jessie Love (Dave).
