He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Irene Chase Sr. (Guillotte). He is survived by: his brother Leonard Chase Jr.; his wife Rita Chase (Howlett); his sons, Ray Chase Jr. (Karen) and Randy Chase (Jill); his grandchildren, Emily, Logan Chase, Brooke and Grant Chase; and his siblings, Wayne Chase and Jeanne Gaudet (Chase).
