It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Phillips of Winter Garden, Florida, born in Samson, Alabama, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Phillips; his sons, Douglas Phillips and Rex Phillips Sr.; and his siblings, Othel Phillips and Doris Mott.
He is survived by: his child Shelly Green (Kirstopher Clark); and his grandchildren, Rex Phillips (Anya), Lindsey Mort, April Meeks, David Green, Lillian Green, Jillian Green and Vivian Green. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
