He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Congee Tong and Lillian Sue Onimura. He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Sumi Vasquez (Tong) of Winter Garden, FL.; his niece Elaine Thompson of Oakland, CA.; his brother Steven Tong (DeDee) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren and Dawson.
