He was predeceased by: his father Dan Fallucca. He is survived by: his mother Lyn Fallucca; his siblings, Nick (Jacqui), Matt and Rebecca (Mike Fails); his daughter Isabella; the mother of his child Erica Lewis; his nieces, Julianna Fallucca, Addison and Olivia Fails; his nephew Alex Fails; and his grandmother Anne Merrill. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
