He is survived by: his wife Faye; his daughters, Jill (Calvin) and Mitzi (Troy); his grandchildren, Ashley, Kati, Niccia and Sorin; and his siblings, Rick (Lavon), Carol (Melvin) and Shelby (Billy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
