She was predeceased by: her husband Johnathan Rees. She is survived by: her children, Madison, Makenzie, Morgan, John and McKenna; her parents, Ellen Blackwell and Albert Blackwell; and her siblings, Trisha Blackwell and Bradley Blackwell.
