She is survived by: her sons, Derek Ragan and Devon Ragan (Deborah); her grandchildren, Jeremy Hypes and Jessica Westmoreland; her great grandchildren, Abreia, Darcyne, Justyce, Daynin, Keaton, Kaylee, Kyla, Brayden and Eleonor; and her siblings, Phyllis Fullbright and Ross Downey.

“In loving memory of Janet Ragan, Sharing in your sorrow. With love and friendship. Jan & Joe were dear friends from our years together in the US Air Force. Our families visited together many times during those years, in Greece, Italy, Oregon and it all started in 1958 in Mississippi. Our kids played together and made some good memories. Jan had a beautiful voice and I still have her cassette tapes. Probably my favorite is, "His eye is on the sparrow". She will be missed!”
