It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edwin Phillips Sr. of Winter Garden, Florida, born in Oglethorpe, Georgia, who passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Phillips; his son Kelly M. Phillips; and his sisters, Ila Jane Wyrick and Peggy J. Cotton. He is survived by: his children, Debbie L. Wilson (David), James E. Phillips (Leveta) and Shannon R. Phillips; his sister Barbara J. Cotton (Tommy); his grandchildren, James, Stephanie, Quinn, Emily, Rebecca, Kellie, Danielle and Jared; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Vivian, William and Luke.
