She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Camacho and Raimundo Acosta; and her stepfather Juan Fornes. She is survived by: her husband Isaac Ortiz Palmieri; her sons, Javier Isaac Ortiz (Zorilix Ortiz), Gustavo Isaac Ortiz (Shelly Ortiz) and Isaac Alberto Ortiz; her grandchildren, Ian, Ariana, Isabella, Alejandro, Daniel and Gael; and her siblings, John Fornes, Elba Fornes, Milagros Gregory, Maria "Conchi" Acosta, Hector "Yuyo" Fornes, Rafael "Rafi" Fornes, Jenny Fornes and Rosa "Maggie" Fornes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
