He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rabon Jones and Rosa Lee Trotter Jones. He is survived by: his wife Robin Harvell Jones of Winter Garden, FL; his stepchildren, Cortney Miller (Jeffrey) of Winter Garden, FL and Matthew E. Strossner (Elizabeth) of Groveland, FL; and his siblings, Clara Lambert of Florida, Mike Jones of Ft. McCoy, FL and Robert Jones of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
The family suggest donations be made the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Colonel Jones.
