She was predeceased by: her husband Don. She is survived by: her children, Dean, Douglas (Jeanne), Danny Sams (Kim) and Donna Sams Stealey; and her siblings, Arlene Clark and Jim McCarty. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
