Lewis; her brother Kenny Layendecker; her children, Joyce Goodman (Roger), Karen Hall (Vince) and Richard Lewis (Sue); and her grandchildren, Sean Reider, Theresa Calabrese, Nicholas Hall, Kimberly Goodman, Nicole Lewis and Shannon Lewis.
